Diploma in Physiotherapy has been run in KSMT since 2079 B.S. affiliated to CTEVT. This curriculum of three years PROFICIENCY CERTIFICATE LEVEL IN MEDICAL SCIENCE (PHYSIOTHERAPY) is designed to produce middle level skilled physiotherapist equipped with sound knowledge, skills and attidudes. The program . extends over three academic years. The first year course focuses on basic science and foundational subjects, the second years course focuses on theory and pratical part of basic physiotherapy subject. Similarly, the third year comprises of the disciplinary subject and applictaion of learned skills and knowledge in clinical and community setting. They have career oppurtunities in hospitals, rehabilitation center, community rehabilitation center etc. It is based on the code of conduct of Nepal Health Professional Council.
